With extensive experience in the petrochemical and food industries, he worked for several multinational corporations in Europe before founding Stavian Group. He graduated with a degree in Chemical Technology Engineering from the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, Moscow, and earned his MBA from Shidler College of Business, University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, USA.

• In 2022, Mr. Dinh Duc Thang was honored with the Outstanding Asian Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) by Enterprise Asia. He also received the 2022 Red Star Award – Top 10 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs in Vietnam.
• In 2024, he was awarded the title of “Professor of Practice” by the British University Vietnam.

Before joining Stavian Group, Mr. Le Van Chung served for over 10 years as one of the key managers of Mareven Food Central.

• He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Moscow State University, Russia, and an MBA from Shidler College of Business, University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, USA.

• Before joining Stavian Group, Mr. Pham Viet Anh accumulated over 15 years of professional experience at PetroVietnam Group, holding various critical strategic and managerial positions.
• Mr. Pham Viet Anh graduated with Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
